Through fal, developers can access three core Kotoba capabilities:

• Speech recognition: Transcribe audio into text, with support tuned for Japanese and East Asian languages.

• Speech synthesis: Generate natural Japanese speech, with streaming output so playback can begin before generation is complete.

• Real-time speech translation: Translate spoken language into another language, with translated audio and text delivered as a stream.

These capabilities support a wide range of applications, from transcription tools and voice interfaces to multilingual communication experiences.
